Would you like to feel more grounded and present and create some space to reconnect with yourself and the natural world around you?
Forest Bathing, also known as Shinrin-Yoku, Shinrin in Japanese means “forest,” and Yoku means “bath”. Shinrin-yoku means bathing in the forest atmosphere or taking in the forest through our senses.
Benefits from this practice have been scientifically studied and quantified. Some of these include: increased immunity, improved sleep, reduced stress, and increased concentration, mental focus and creativity.
This is a small group experience with a maximum of 10 participants and is suitable for people 16 years and over. You will receive a waiver that must be signed to participate in the walk.
