I run a community Yoga class that is open to all levels and can include the use of a chair. Catering to all levels, we will stretch, strengthen and connect to the breath. Feel transformed, and become tuned to listen to our body's needs and understand the language of our bodies. This is an immersive and grounding yoga approach.
I have opened up the chance for you to try this 1-hour yoga class for FREE (limited spaces available). We will work on spinal movement, joint movement, and putting our heart below our head. It is done to your comfort level, so let me know at the time if anything doesn't feel right :)
I've been teaching for 5 years but practicing for many years prior. I just love how transformed I feel after a class. Always learning and listening more and more to my body's needs, and after a yoga class, I feel empowered to look after and take better care of myself. In my teaching, I will ask you how your body feels, to tune into its subtleties, and ask you to quiet your mind and listen.
