Get creative these school holidays at Auckland Art Gallery Toi o Tāmaki!

Auckland Art Gallery Toi o Tāmaki is proud to bring you a hands-on School Holiday Programme this July. Delivered by our inhouse team of artists, this programme will engage your child with a wide variety of art practices and themes.

These school holidays we will be running an exciting programme of paid activities inspired by our current exhibitions Heavenly Beings: Icons of the Christian Orthodox World and Declaration: A Pacific Feminist Agenda. Children will learn new skills as they examine a variety of techniques to create their own unique artworks. This programme is aimed at children aged between 7–12 years old and is intended to be all about experimentation and fun. Our classes will run from 9am–3pm.

Children are to bring their own food and warm clothing in case we venture outside for lunch. We ask that you please contact us if your child has any special needs.

Timetable:
