This four-hour workshop will run 2 - 6pm on Sunday 12 June 2022 at Tahaki Reserve in Mt Eden. Exact meeting details and course instructions will be emailed upon registration.

Landscape Photography is aimed at transforming your snaps into beautiful landscape portraits. This course will be a practical day in the field, incorporating compositional elements, camera setting, equipment, techniques for depth of field, capturing motion and location/perspective.

This course is for photography students who already have basic familiarity with their camera.

Bring your camera, tripod, filters and a wide-angled lens if you have one.

Expected learning outcomes:
- Understanding of camera settings for effective landscape pics
- Knowing where to place the horizon/composing the photo
- Understanding of how to capture movement
- Ability to incorporate the foreground effectively in the photo
- Ability to manage and use weather to advantage
