This event began in 2008, when a young man was so inspired by another humans heart for others that he was moved to do something about that. He gathered the resources he had around him and put on a concert to raise funds to support Dr David Friend who works in Zambia. David selflessly serves his local community in practical and helpful ways. The money we raise contributes to him being able to continue that good work. For more details check out the website!!
The concert itself varies every year, but it is always an expression of a wide variety of talented people from within out local community. This year we will get to experience and enjoy some jazz numbers, original poetry, modern pop and much more!! There will be cake and coffee to eat plus some other local foodies will be present to tickle your tastebuds. Merch will be on sale. Check out the website for further details.
