She is a master of creating amazing healthy meals from quality organic ingredients in minimal time and cost and loves to inspire others to do the same.
She teaches yoga in a mindful style that is simple and accessable to all levels.
Keith Delmar is a speaker who loves to inspire positive change in people’s lives. He has worn many hats in his time, including owning his own wheatgrass business and running the Auckland raw food meetup. He is soon to be offering inspiration and goal-setting workshops in New Plymouth and brings his compassionate positive energy to this workshop.
