Stars Align - Orion Quartet Plays Mozart and Haydn

Mozart was so inspired by Haydn's six op.33 string quartets, he wrote a whole set of six quartets himself and dedicated them to Haydn.

Come along to hear Haydn's delightfully witty string quartet op.33 no.4 in Bb major and Mozart's response, KV464 in A major, nicknamed "The Drum". Performed by the Orion Quartet: Anne Loeser and Rebecca Struthers, violin; Sophia Acheson, viola; and Jane Young, cello
