To celebrate the week of Italian cuisine in the world, the Embassy of Italy in Wellington, in collaboration with Le Cordon Bleu NZ and Nicla Café and lunch bar, organize 3 different hands-on cooking class events.

Chef Nicla will teach you how to make Tagliatelle fresh pasta in different colours with tomato and basil sauce and creamy and mushrooms sauce

As a dessert, you will learn how to make Tiramisu, the most popular Italian dessert!

After the class, sit down and enjoy the pasta you made with tiramisu for dessert and a glass of Italian wine.
