The Orchid Thief

New Plymouth singer-songwriter Andy Bassett released his eighth solo album The Orchid Thief earlier this year.

A collection of songs arranged for strings & woodwinds, he now brings it to the stage as a musical mystery, featuring co-arranger Jarrod Bakker on piano and a chamber ensemble including members of the Taranaki Symphony Orchestra.

Plus a special guest appearance by Northland singer Sheri O’Neill, recreating their remote lockdown duet “Touch.”
