Towards Predator Free Taranaki Trapping Open Day

Drop in any time and get hands on with a range of rat and possum traps. If you’re new to backyard trapping, we’ll take you through how to get set up. For more experienced trappers, this is a chance to upskill and try some new traps and techniques. Ask all your questions!

Kids - build a wooden trap box to take home ($10 including rat trap).

11am Join a free guided walk through Pukekura Park - check out the traps and birdlife.

Learn about our Urban Possum Crackdown and grab some wax tags to check if you have possums in your neighbourhood!
