You may not be aware, that an organisation or even New Zealand which does not provide an environment of active participation does not grow. Neither does its people (employees/suppliers), wider communities which will stifle a 'positive' and 'rewarding' culture for everyone. So, let’s work together to turn this around to create positive change.
This is a very interactive session on zoom and attendees will learn and discuss together:
1: What are 'values' and why are they so important in our personal and professional lives.
2: Why are ethical standards so valuable to an organisation and its people.
3: How ethical business practices are critical for Inclusive workplaces to attract diverse talent enabling creative thinking to take place.
4: How to encourage people to become involved, problem solve to create company cultures where people feel respected and part of the bigger picture.
5: Why should people be treated as a valuable resource, and not as a commodity with a use by date.
