Yoga Classes

Yoga classes & individual sessions for children & adults. Workplace Yoga and one-off workshops. All classes are available IN-PERSON and ONLINE.

Yoga classes are held around Levin and the Horowhenua, at the following times and locations:

Monday 5.30PM - He Whare Manaaki Tangata, Waiopehu Collge, LEVIN

Tuesday 6.00PM - Leisure Centre, Masonic Village, Queen St, LEVIN

Wednesday 6.00PM - Manawatu College Staffroom, 18 Lady's Mile. FOXTON

Thursday 5.30PM - Leisure Centre, Masonic Village, Queen St, LEVIN

Friday 11.00AM (Gentle) - Levin Uniting Church. 87 Oxford St, LEVIN.

These Hatha Yoga classes offer a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The teaching style is eclectic but where flow or vinyasa style Yoga is highly utilised. A great exercise and well-being programme for children and adults that improves health and flexibility.

*Spare mats available.

*Casual members are always welcome.

*Suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Poses can be adjusted to suit your individual needs.
