Warmly welcome to this One Day Yoga Retreat, where we fully immerse ourselves in the profound practise of YOGA for a whole day.
The day will be filled with asanas/postures (active as well as restorative), meditations and pranayama - all to connect with, and bring awareness to, your whole being.
We will enjoy a delicious vegan lunch together in the restaurant with lovely views over the inlet, followed by a gentle forest walk in the enchanting bush right behind Kimi Ora.
Spending a whole day in the name of Yoga is a fantastic way for you to deepen your existing practise, or if you are completely new to yoga - it will be a great introduction.
Early bird rate until 9th of October: $139
From 10th of October until 28th of October: $155
Last day to register is Friday 28th of October.
The rate includes the full day program and lunch.

This Day Retreat tends to become fully booked, so make sure to get your booking in early to secure your spot.
Charlotte has been practising yoga herself for 20 years, and is working as a yoga teacher in the Tasman area; offering weekly group classes, private sessions, retreats and workshops.
