Your breathwork journey and retreat experience is hosted by Gina and Steve.
Gina is an Energy Alchemist with 22 years' experience in the wellness & healing industry and will guide you on a ceremonial cacao journey using Soleno Health premium organic Amaru cacao that is scientifically proven to support breathwork, movement and trauma release. She will play crystal singing bowls during a sound bath and will support the whole group with Reiki energy and healing frequencies.

Steve is an international performing musician, grammy award winning sound engineer, wellbeing guide & experienced in both breathwork & cold immersion (Hof Method). Steve will perform sacred drumming, percussion & sound in cacao ceremony & support group through breathwork.
