We are hubby + wifey musicians who are on a mission to simply share our love of music with others and the way it has helped us heal, grow, transform and live our best authentic lives.

Join us for a simply magical evening of connection, transformation, healing, singing & dancing.

What is Medicine Music?
It really is simple. It comes down to intention. The songs used as part of this event were written and will be performed with the intention to raise our vibration and promote healing & connectedness. And, as you might know already, everything in this reality is energy, everything has a frequency, and the difference between a state of joy or despair is simply a matter of vibrational resonance. Meaning, if you can change the sound you consume, you can change your state of being. Through voice and instruments (tuned to 432hz), we guide you through your own sacred journey - wherever it may take you!

What is Cacao?
Cacao is a powerful and ancient Amazonian plant medicine that connects you to your heart centre. She opens you to the beauty of unconditional love, allowing a deeper connection within. This can help with matters related to self-love and any heartache or heartbreak you may have experienced, be it relationships, business or grievances. Cacao acts as an antidepressant naturally soothing your stress hormones, it also contains powerful antioxidants and anandamide, the bliss molecule.
Ultimately cacao is the medicine of love, and when we connect to love in its highest form, anything is possible!

What is Kirtan?
Kirtan is a simple, powerful and joyful way to meditate, with the added element of community and connectedness in singing together.
It brings connection, and deep healing through the transformative power of mantra. Traditionally, Kirtan is an ancient practice that originated in India but has gained popularity in the Western world over the last few years because of its many benefits. Kirtan songs and mantras are chanted in Sanskrit, a very sacred and high vibrational language that has a very strong energetic influence. Annabelle & Ash have combined more Westernised music to these mantras, allowing more people to feel comfortable and as the night goes on, the tempo will increase and you might feel like having a wee boogie!

What is a Mantra?
Mantra is a word or phrase that is repeated until it slips into the chanter’s consciousness. Mantras are sacred sound formulas with a specific focus and energy. The word mantra means “to guide and protect the mind“. By repeating mantras, we experience inner peace, calmness, connection and by-pass the conscious ‘thinking’ mind.

Note: We keep the maximum event capacity to 18-20 people, so we can keep the energy intimate, and really go deep with the medicine and sound.
