All bookings must be prepaid in full.
Cancellations made before midnight on the 11th December 2023 will receive a full refund.
Should you need to cancel between the 12th December 2023 and 12:30pm on the 24th December 2023, your reservation value will be held in credit for 18 months to be redeemed against food and beverage in Artisan restaurant.
Reservations cancelled within 24 hours of arrival and no-shows will not be eligible for a refund or transfer of reservation value into credit.
