Celine is a teacher with 10+ years of experience in art and a mother of two children. She will guide this wool picture workshop for 5 to 12 years old. Celine understands children's creativity and encourages them to find ways to express themselves.
Many different materials will be used to inspire children’s creativity, including exquisite fabrics, decorative lace, bead strings, drawings, and glue (instead of needlework) so that it is safer for children to conduct elementary clothing design experience and practice. Once the work is finished, we will do draping on the dress model (a mannequin) and the final garment can be worn on a Barbie doll. Let children enjoy the fun of fashion designing and making. It will be fun, creative and even challenging. Children will definitely enjoy it.
It is a holiday programme workshop, so you can drop off your child at about 9 am and pick them up at 3 pm. In addition to these themed art/craft activities, we also have time for morning/afternoon tea, lunch break and playtime. Remember to bring their own food (Note the premise is peanut-free). The premises comprise a purpose-built and self-contained building and associated playground space, including an outdoor small basketball court and slide. It will be a fruitful day for your child filled with fun, creativity, and imagination.
In addition to this workshop, we have ten other different art themes ranging from doll clothes making, to portrait sketching, from handbag making to jewellery DIY.
