Join us for a unique celebration of beautiful music for your Matariki weekend - with 3 musical sisters of the 7 stars – Cat Tunks, Krissy Jackson, and Kim Halliday. An evening of sophisticated jazz, blues, world folk and more - that soars through to gospel with country soul, from three of NZ’s leading ladies in the music world who are performing together for the first time - guitarist/multi instrumentalist Kim Halliday - and vocalist/songwriter Cat Tunks, and the seductive fiddle playing of Krissy Jackson.

All having toured the world extensively with their musical collaborations – Kim Halliday is universally known for her work with the highly acclaimed group Pacific Curls - a multi instrumentalist and guitarist with Gitbox Rebellion, 9 piece group The Voyagers, she is currently touring with Whirimako Black.
With her band ‘Black Sand Diva’ Cat Tunks is well known across NZ & the Pacific for her multi genre blending vocal style that dives into Gospel, jazz and country and see’s her labeled NZ”S Queen of Southern Soul’ with many tales to tell of her gypsy travels and prolific songwriting.

From Taranaki is very special guest fiddle player Krissy Jackson whose busy schedule has her playing all over NZ with The Eastern, The Bootleggin Brothers, WAI.TAI, Frank Burkitt Band, Hot Diggity, and endless lineups to headline Auckland Folk Festival.

A mid winter warmer for the soul – book quickly as the Tiny Theatre only seats 35.
