Ethno New Zealand 2023 will be the 5th edition of Ethno held in Aotearoa. It is open to all musicians aged between 18 - 30. This year, Ethno New Zealand will be held on Piritahi Marae on Waiheke Island. It will be a week of young musicians teaching each other their traditional music, sharing cultural experiences and taking part in workshops. The week will culminate in a number of performances, one of them at the iconic Auckland Folk Festival.
