While long the go-to spirit for cocktail aficionados, contemporary gins have their own unique taste and profile. One of New Zealand's finest gin minds, Kenny Ariaens, ambassador for Hancocks, will be on hand to talk through the tasting as you soak in the ambiance of the Hawke's Bay Club, established in 1863.
