Diamonds in the Rough has recently journeyed with a group of young mothers for our Worth More project that was in part funded by Zonta Auckland.

This five-month project aimed to reduce the violence towards women and to teach women their worth. Over the course of this project, our young mothers have come face to face with themselves and confronted their past, corrected their present and are currently creating their future.

They have faced adversity and challenges but have stood their ground. This event is a celebration of their journey where you will hear about the trauma, betrayal, addictions, violence and their journey towards overcoming their past. It includes a fashion show and performances through a cultural lens.

Come celebrate with us as they take us through their journey of strength, courage, hope and vulnerability.
