Greening Taupo Community Planting Day

Greening Taupō and Taupō District Council are calling out to the everyone to come on down to plant some native plants and help us to continue restoring Hipapatua Reserve alongside the Waikato River.

Let's keep improving Hipapatua Reserve (formly Reids Farm) near the beautiful Waikato River. It's our seventh year planting here; come along and plant a tree, 10, or 100.

Please be prepared for either rain or shine, wear your gardening gloves bring a spade, we do have some to share, it could be a bit wet under foot so make sure everyone has their gumboots and enjoy a morning out at one of Taupō's special places. .

Enjoy a fun morning out. There will be a sausage sizzle and hot drink afterwards for all planters.
This is our second to last Greening Taupō community planting day of the season.
You can not miss this one.

At Hipapatua (Reids Farm),
Off Huka Falls RD.
Park within the summer camping area. Look for the Greening Taupo signs.
