Join naturopath Paloma Velásquez and special guest Andrea Bravo de la Vega for health-boosting ideas using seasonal produce (including weeds!) to make a colourful plant-based feast (South American/Pacific fusion-style). In this popular workshop, we will forage seasonal ingredients from the EcoMatters Teaching Garden and get together to cook a shared Spring feast.
