Connect your body and mind in Term 4 Community Classes at Parnell Community Centre!

We offer Hatha Yoga at Beginners and Continuing levels to introduce you to the exercise techniques and support your growth.

Hatha Yoga - Beginners:
Yoga harmonises the physical, mental and spiritual aspects of life. Learn techniques for relaxing and de-stressing through simple breathing exercises and physical postures which increase muscle tone and flexibility. Own mat required.
• Wednesdays, 9.30-11am
• 10-weeks of classes starting 11 October
• $185 (10% discount for Gold Card and Community Service Card holders)

Hatha Yoga - Continuing:
For those who are confident with Hatha Yoga or have previously attended the beginners class. Learn techniques for relaxing and de-stressing through simple breathing exercises and physical postures which increase muscle tone and flexibility. Own mat required.
