Awareness Through Movement Lunchtime Classes may be the upcoming event you’re looking for.

Improve posture, coordination, balance, and breathing.
Weekly classes in Karori, suitable for both seniors and others.

These classes allow you to explore movement in a mindful way, thus improving your unconscious movement and postural habits.
Interesting and relaxing lessons.
These are not conventional exercises (strengthening and stretching). Rather, they work with your all-important brain-muscle connection.
You will feel benefits with each class, and over time your habits will improve.
You will be verbally guided through a movement process, so you get to explore function in your own way, rather than trying to copy a teacher.
I trained in the Feldenkrais Method® of Awareness through Movement® 93-97, and have worked with a wide variety of people ever since, both in group and individual situations.
