In this class we explore the core elements of the Yoga in Daily Life System together. This class mixes the Beginners level, which introduces you to yoga asanas, pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation, and levels 2 and 3 of our System, which focus on developing back strength and flexibility together with balancing poses. You will also be introduced or have an opportunity to practice further other aspects of pranayama and meditation. You will have an opportunity to increase your flexibility, strength and fitness while learning about mindfulness and being present with your body.
Tuesday: 5.45-7.15pm
