In a world of instant gratification and distractions, we can lose touch of our true nature. We forget the great satisfaction of slowing down to give our minds rest. On these guided experiences I invite you to rebalance and reconnect with nature to reset your brain.

Our awe toward nature is genetic and deep-rooted in evolution.

Coming home to yourself and immersing in nature can calm and soothe your immune and nervous system, while reducing anxiety, stress and depression. This brings our awareness and interoceptive focus forward.

Overtime, this will expand your brain’s capacity to regulate emotions. Step outside of your busy life and tune into the natural beauty in and around you.

These experiences will enable you to witness the symphony of nature. We’ll be inviting interoception and its form by breaking away from your daily routines, habits and connecting with like-minded souls. Find presence, peace and embody the true mystery of life.
