Come and join this informative and deeply relaxing 2 day mini-retreat for mind and body. Join a small
group of like- minded people to deepen your understanding of how and why mindfulness is effective to restore balance and wellbeing. At the retreat, we will do simple, easy practices that are proven to lead to lower stress and anxiety.
