Music From Aotearoa

A wonderful concert to celebrate music from Aotearoa New Zealand. Garden City Orchestra will be joined by Te Whānau Mahitahi from Beckenham Te Kura o Pūroto to present you with an exciting afternoon of music and song from New Zealand composers.

Composers including Douglas Lilburn, Anthony Ritchie and Leonie Holmes will be featured and we will also have a few surprise pieces that will definitely inspire and entertain. Come along to experience a celebration of New Zealand music and song. Conducted by Beth Cohen and performed by local community players from all over Christchurch. Plus we have brought back our popular gold coin afternoon tea so don't miss it!
