Northcote Regeneration Event - with Kaipātiki Project

Northcotes new greenway runs through the heart of the town, following the newly daylighted Te Ara Awataha stream and connecting a number of local reserves with each other, and with the community.

As the ecosystems grow and mature along the newly established greenway, expert ecologists from Kaipātiki Project will be monitoring the stream and surrounding bush, and actively regenerating the native flora and fauna.

We’re calling on the community to join us in this endeavour, to regenerate this new, nature-based community space. Join us “behind-the-scenes” and see what it takes to get new ecosystems thriving!
