During this three-hour workshop, we will explore the meaning of restoring and working with the body’s connective tissue through self-myofascial release. SMFR gives you more range of motion, eases pain, hydrates the tissues and creates health in your system. Moving through the body, we will use a combination of massage, tennis balls and imagery combined with yin postures. You will feel calm and come away with some tools you can apply to your practice.
