Danica Bryant - “Deliciously sweet yet shockingly bitter” (Under The Radar), Danica Bryant is no ordinary songwriter. A pop-folk musician with a gritty rock edge, her songs sink their teeth into intense topics of celebrity culture and gender dynamics. “All hard guitar and pain-filled howl” (The Hook NZ), this woman bites back.
Allison and Maddy - Allison and Maddy’s music is the cheapest therapy you’ll find in Wellington. They put a melody to the words on your mind. The lead singer and wordsmith, Allison Phillips, chronicles her life in lyrics to give the audience an autobiography of the thoughts that flood her mind. Maddy Walker is the guitar mastermind that conjures up the rhythm and drive behind the words. A captivating and sparkly performance, you’ll be singing SONA’s clever hooks for weeks to come.
Kennys First Set - Having been rained out from Newtown Festival Kenny will bring the set that never was back
Sean O’Connor - Simply great songs, finely crafted lyrics, strong folky melodies, powerfully emotional and thoughtful songs about love, loss, grief, mental health, climate change and more. A 15 min stripped-down preview of the upcoming album release.
