Discovering or re-discovering our soul light sparkle after sudden change can feel like a wide open field. There is a call we hear from within that asks us to explore new topics, new people and new connections.

Dedicated to women, offering a sacred space to gather with like-hearteds who are discovering and expanding their own soul light feels joyful and expansive.

Sometimes we feel unsure of which way to turn, when so much is new and there is an inherent tenderness to our exploration.

Sarah Sparkles understands these challenges well, and she cares deeply for crafting nurturing community circles where everyone can discover more of their soul light with a side of giggles, delicious food and inspiring leaders, teachers and practitioners.

Sarah offers these soul-nurturing monthly Soul Light Circles for women seeking new openings, connections and social circles.

Sarah Sparkles is a Soul Light Guide.

Sarah reminds us that life’s unfolding magic reveals itself in the shifts that come that we do not choose. Both of her parents died within 18 months of each other in her early twenties. The shock and grief were immense and Sarah felt herself becoming quiet and insular... She shares a pivotal quote that changed her life - “I’m not here to be who I was”.

Sarah heard the call to live a more holistic, connected and soul-nourishing life! She knows the sparkle that comes from listening to our soul. Sarah creates enriching events for people seeking new openings, new connections and new social circles – She also provides Soul Light Guidance, 1:1 Coaching Sessions so we can all find our sparkle.
