Static is a five-piece Alternative-Metal band from Hamilton. Their music consists of melodic verses and striking metal chorus, allowing the vocals to portray the sorrow and anger in the lyrics. Static compels the audience through their soulful presence, telling a personal story. Formed in 2015, Static have played shows throughout Auckland, Raglan, Tauranga and home city Hamilton- Regularly seen at Last Place and Nivara Lounge supporting other National musicians. Static have shared the stage with NZ acts such as Holloway, Darts, Achilles Complex, FYVEYES, Hoick and Venom Dolls.
