Survivors of Sexual Assault Support Group

Auckland Survivors of Sexual Assault (SOSA) Support Group is a place for wāhine and non-binary folks to get together in a welcoming, non-judgemental space.

The aim of this weekly support group is to provide a safe, low-pressure space for people to:
– share their experiences without fear of judgement
– be heard and validated
– feel less alone in their struggles
– connect with others
– heal together.

Please note, this group is peer-led and there will not be any mental health professionals in attendance.
