“The Elton John Experience”, is a spectacular showcase capturing Elton’s extravagance and musical prowess. Backed by an exceptionally talented band, Stodart delivers an unforgettable powerhouse performance. Stodart has recently performed at the 2022 NZ Event Awards, New Years Eve, Napier SoundShell and headlined 2023 Zuru Night Glow, Balloons Over Waikato event in March. Tour dates for the forthcoming unmissable 2024 North Island tour will be released later this year.
Michael Stodart is an internationally seasoned musician, singer/songwriter. Throughout his career he has shared the stage with musical giants such as Van Morrison, Ian Dury and Joe Cocker as well as collaborating in the studio with legendary Elton John producer Gus Dudgeon. After spending 25 years performing, writing and recording in London Michael Stodart returned to New Zealand in 2015.
In 2020 Stodart established NZ's first, original Elton John tribute show that has recently exploded onto the scene winning teams of fans wherever he plays across the country.
