Powerhouse drummer or tasteful timekeeper, you decide. Top Kiwi drummer Mark Lockett release seventh album, ‘Swings and Roundabouts’. Recorded in New York, a chordless quartet also featuring top NY heavyweights David Binney, Duane Eubanks and Matt Penman. Masterful improvisations in a cutting-edge setting.

During lockdown Lockett penned nine original compositions inspired by his love of the past, jazz giant Ornette Coleman and drawing on the modern sound of his contemporaries.
