Warmly welcome to this One Day Yoga Retreat,
where we fully immerse ourselves in the profound practise of YOGA for a whole day.
The day will be filled with asanas/postures (active as well as restorative), meditations and pranayama - all to connect with, and bring awareness to, your whole being.
We will enjoy a delicious vegan lunch together in the restaurant with lovely views over the inlet, followed by a gentle forest walk in the enchanting bush right behind Kimi Ora.
Spending a whole day in the name of Yoga is a fantastic way for you to deepen your existing practise, or if you are completely new to yoga - it will be a great introduction.
Early bird rate until 12th of February: $139
From 13th until 23rd of February: $155
Last day to register is Thursday 23rd of February.
The rate includes the full day program and lunch.
