Beginners Yoga Course

Join us at Shine for the Beginners Yoga course. This series of classes is especially for those who are new to yoga or early on their journey, or would just like a slow pace and a focus on alignment. This series will give you the foundations of a great yoga practice. Every body welcome. The course is 10 weeks, but we may be able to fit you in after the start, just get in touch. Everything you need is provided in the studio, just wear clothes you can move in and bring a water bottle if you would like to.
