It’s a double-trouble, double-take with Doppellooper.

We’ve all wondered what it might be like to have a doppelgänger and randomly bump into them one day.

In a strange twist of fate, Graeme James and Sonic Delusion, two flat-cap wearing, world traveling, live looping, indie musicians somehow ended up in the same town in Taranaki.

After being mistaken for each other one too many times, the musical doppelgängers have embraced the inevitable, teaming up to form the world’s first (and only) looping supergroup, Doppellooper.

This is their long-fated premiere, so expect songs and stories from the road, a myriad of instruments and beautifully improvised chaos.
