Forest And Bird Talk - Marlborough's East Coast Bird Monitor

Sonya Roxburgh will talk about her monitoring work with the East Coast Protection Group on Marlborough's East Coast. Sonya is an experienced ecologist who has a passion for native wildlife. Her work involves traversing the long coastal strip, monitoring shorebird nests. The talk will cover the methods used and the results, as well as some of the highs and lows of working in remote sites with our vulnerable native birds.
