Lovers and Rainbows - Showcasing Queer Songwriters, Their Allies and Their Stories:

This is an intimate event held on the 24th of February at Movespace in Tāmaki Makaurau.

With an aim to focus on a lower stimulating environment by celebrating songwriting, poetry and musicianship, this event's vibe is more 'woah' than 'go'. So often events and festivals these days are filled with a plethora of bright lights and high stimulus which could be overwhelming for those of our community that have audio-sensory needs and who potentially are a little anxious about big crowds.

As a disabled member of the Queer community, representation is incredibly important. This will be completely accessible.

This event spans many genres from Folk, Singer/Songwriter, Alt-pop, RnB, Country and Te Reo.

All Proceeds from this event will go to The Burnett Foundation NZ.
