Come and meet the fish and invertebrate life of the Eskdale Stream!

We will be setting fish traps the night before, and on Saturday morning come along as we retrieve the traps and transfer our fish to 100 litre tanks for people to view.

We will also have live water bugs for children to view under our microscopes!

We’d love to have you join us for this engaging experience!

Saturday 8am meeting point: outside Kaipātiki Project EcoHub. From there we will head to the stream.

*No fish or insects will be harmed during this event, and all will be released back into the wild.

Cost: Free

Registration Info: Drop ins welcome but we encourage you to register in case of any last minute changes
