Rachel Dawick New Album London Labour and The London Poor

Rachel Dawick returns to The Bunker after five years living in London to present this theatrical folk album of east Londoners on the nineteenth century - an adaptation of Henry Mayhew’s work into song. Dawicks previous album The Boundary Riders was finalist for Best NZ Folk album based on the stories of the nineteenth century working class women who came to NZ in the 1800s.
