We want you to join us for the ultimate run-focused training experience, brought to you by New Balance and Fitness All Together!
New Balance and fitness leaders, Fitness All Together, have joined forces again to bring the Run Your Way Tour: the ultimate session to getting you race day ready. Coming to selected cities nationwide, perfectly timed for those getting ready to hit the start line of your local marathons.
Kicking off on the 19th April in Christchurch, the Run Your Way Tour will provide an inclusive, vibrant, fitness community in three cities across NZ, with bookable, free sessions.
This specialised run training series goes beyond the ordinary, offering a unique experience where New Balance and Fitness All Together are providing an opportunity to learn from experts about the fundamentals of running both physically and mentally.
The sessions are open to all fitness types so you can feel welcome running your way, designed to support your running journey, with delicious nibbles and refreshments provided by Almighty, Ārepa and Coffee Supreme, among others.
But, most excitingly, five participants per session will earn themselves a pair of New Balance Fresh Foam 1080v13s!
Session Overview
A 4km shakeout run followed by a mobility session focusing on range of exercises designed to help you move more actively. Led by Fitness All Together, Yoga with Jess & a special guest appearance from New Balance athlete and 100m sprinter, Tiaan Whelpton, to provide tips on how to get race day ready. Please bring a yoga mat or towel, water bottle, and warm clothing to put on after the exercise session.
