South Canterbury RSA - ANZAC Civic Service - Timaru
Held at the Soundshell, Caroline Bay.

Please join us in remembrance of the ANZAC's and all who have served for the freedom we enjoy today.

All returned and service people are welcome to join the parade at the start of the service.
0945 muster.

The service will include a Haka performed by students to honour the veterans, a fly over, brass and pipe bands, speeches, poems, hymns, anthems, wreath laying, prayer. and a field gun firing.

Thanks to the Timaru District Council for helping us fund this community event.

Following the service please take the time to wander around the WWI crosses set out adjacent to the Soundshell. They represent those who left Timaru and did not return from WWI.
