The Weekend retreat includes:
two nights at beautiful Okuti Garden Eco Stay, three yoga sessions ( all levels welcome), one full body Ayurveda massage, guided meditation and Yoga Nidra , Ayurveda Introduction & cooking class, vegetarian dinner and woodfired Sauna.
In the gorgeous fairy tale landscape of Okuti Garden you can reset your senses, tune into your own nature and experience the detoxing and rejuvenating effects of Ayurveda and Yoga.
This is a focussed time out for you to restore and recharge your batteries.
