Prepare to be immersed in a serene atmosphere, where the stresses of the outside world fade away, and you're left with nothing but peace and stillness. This event is designed to nurture your body, mind, and spirit, leaving you feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and deeply centered.

The event is taking place in the Meeting room at Richmond Community center, which is the white building located next to the Holy Trinity Anglican Church. There is ample parking available onsite.
