Hi, My name is Justine Holmes and I am the Lincoln community Zumba instructor, and I am considering starting a 30min Seated Zumba Gold class at the Lincoln Event Centre, Friday mornings at 9.45am. Cost would be approx $6 a class. I am running a Free trial class on Friday 5th April at 9.45am. 45 min general Zumba Gold classes already run every Friday at 10.25am. These are for people who can safely stand and move.
