Fat Freddy's Drop's 'Summer Record' Tour to Hit NZ Stages this December Through to February

Award-winning reggae ensemble Fat Freddy's Drop will be hitting NZ roads yet again with their massive 'Summer Record' tour this December through to February.

FFD's tour kicks off at Thames Racecourse and moves on to Kerikeri's Kainui Road Vineyard, Tauranga's Wharepai Domain and Auckland's Western Springs Stadium. The route will then resume at Lower Hutt's Days Bay Pavilion, Havelock North's Black Barn Vineyards, Christchurch's Horncastle Arena and Queenstown's John Davies Oval – Queenstown Events Centre. Aside from these dates, FFD will also be performing a special NYE concert at 'Northern Bass Festival' in Mangawhai.

The invincible Wellington-based ensemble have also invited a swag of New Zealand's finest musicians and international DJs to spark up their annual summer roady. These include DJs Jazzy Jeff, David "Jam Ram" Rodigan & Dub FX as well as L.A.B., Avantdale Bowling Club, JessB, Bailey Wiley, Tunes of I, Chaii & Silva MC.

Fat Freddy's upcoming tour follows sold out shows earlier in the year—celebrating the release of their 2018 hit single 'Trickle Down'. Known for their exhilarating live concerts, 'Summer Record' tour will be nothing short of amazing. Much-adoring fans are in for a treat as the tour promises to feature songs from the band's extensive repertoire.
